I think Target should move its web based server to Canada where there probably isn't a law like this on the books. If not there, then Mexico.

Hey, blind people that are bringing this lawsuit: I'm giving you the finger for driving up the price of my Target prices with this lawsuit, but you can't see it.

Maybe the money you get (if you get a stupid jury) will allow you to regain the gift of sight, so you can see how bad the web site truly is. This way, you'll wish you were blind again.
