What contract is that...
A policy is not a contract! In order for a contract to have weight it must have a signatory by both parties! There was none.

Since when does a companies policy trump state law?

Only in the political revisionists hallucinating mind do such dreams occur. In law, the LAW governs redress, not hallucinations.

The root of our national political illness lies in the underlying events of this case and the over abundance of emotional N.Y. Saturday night lawyers clamoring for vengeance! VIVA la France! Viva la revolution! This is not justice, this is mob rule. A "Living constitutional document" is NO constitution! It's whatever we want it to be! Don't believe me?

Check out the "Republic of China's" constitution. Then check out the "Republic of the United States" constitution! Look alike? Almost to the word! But China has redefined it as a "Living document". Yeah, let's go down that road. Problem is, we already have.

We have richly earned was is about to befall America!
