The funny thing about at will employment
At least where I live is that they can fire you without notice or reason. If you have proof that they fired you for some reason that was nefarious in nature then you can sue.
HOWEVER as an at will employer if they fire you for specific reasons then the AT WILL part of your contract looses ground. When specifics are conerned, such as restricted intenet usage, then that can be another part of the employment contract.
And this went on for what 5 years? or did I read it wrong because it seems as if he was suspended in 2000 but not actually fired until 2005? Is it just me or does that seem fishy?
