The system supports bad conduct. Company found porn and blamed him. The court did not even take the time to understand. Hope the plaintiff continues to persue his rights.

Not only is the porn possilbe it happens all the time. And it is a share computer, don't care if they have there own log ins. Walk away to do your job and someone else goes on the computer and visits unauthorized sites.

Why doesn't the hospital have to prove to a jury that he broke the hospital's law. Court is upholdong hospital loose rules as law and the victim is held accountable?
