She sits on the BoD of a hospital and didn't recuse herself from this case? She can honestly claim there's no self-interest in dismissing a HIPPA case by a hospital worker when she sits on hospital board? Whoa, my BS overload indicator just started blinking.

And now you know why I don't like using customer supplied equipment. If he had his own laptop and wireless card he's in the clear. Or a blackberry, iPhone, Treo...it's worth the money.

That's another one of the many reasons I decided to drop this contract after the first of the year. Can't use my own equipment here and it's an all MSFT shop. .NET development is bor-ing.
