Sure. Just do a Netcraft search on
.a.microsoft.com
and you'll find 36 sites MS uses for its purposes. A few years ago they were using 110 Linux boxes, but the Linux 2.6 kernel allows 36 boxes to do the work of 110 that were running the 2.2 and 2.4 kernel.
