Not a bad idea!
Something needs to be done to combat cybercrime and cyberterrorism. Is this the perfect solution? More likely a wobbly first step.

Anyone who argues that internet activities promoting pedophilia, phishing and other scams, intellectual property theft, terrorism, etc. constitute some form of "free speech", deserving protection in a "democratic society", is either a total lamer, or more likely someone trying desperately to protect their own "right" to antisocial behavior. If a newspaper published some of the pictures of children I've stumbled across on the internet, somebody would be going to jail. What makes cyberspace so special that we should turn a blind eye to crimes that would be aggressively prosecuted in any other walk of life?
