Internet Freedoms cannot be killed
The internets framework was designed to be openly accessible with very few provisions for access control between clients, there is no way for them to track the people seeding the files, there is no way for them to stop the people involved short of committing illegal acts such as DoS attacking seeders which will severely aggrivate ISP's, and thats something they do not want to do, because its a federal offense to attack someone via the internet be it hacked access or a Simple DoS attack!!!

There hands are bound, and any claims they have to success in stopping this is purely half dumb luck, and half fluffed up lies to make money!

The Internet will always be free, there is no feasable way to monitor every byte of traffic on it,

It would be like trying to catch niagra falls in a shot glass!
