Yet knee jerk reactions to propagandist titles on legislation are just as dangerous...

How does legislating the violation of constitutional guarantees "protect" me. The whole of the Bill of Rights and the majority of later amendments were adopted to create a society where the government could not infringe on freedom.

Slowly, inexorably, we are yielding our freedoms to our fear.
