A RULING
From a shopped judge doesn't mean it's ILLEGAL either! From where do our inalienable rights stem? From government? If so, We are Doomed!

I don't block or "ship ahead" of all commercials recorded on my DVR; Why? Some are down right fun or interesting to watch, and when I spot one, I "skip back" to the beginning to watch it all! So: Some I watch, Some I find distasteful, some I find a TOTAL BORE! Is that not the inherent nature of the human species? Is it not my choice to turn on my TV? How I watch it is my business, My decision. Once it is disseminated over the public airwaves, it is available for public viewing. How the public views this stuff is only regulated by copyright legislation. I totally agree with other posters who state that "advertisers who can't compete for viewership should focus on their content" and reconsider their "NAZI-like" recourses! Does anyone remember "DIVX"? What happened to the sales of these devices?

When totalitarian digressions sink to the point of restricting my inalienable rights, My TV and or computer goes to the curb. Or will the "gestapo" mandate against that also like the proposed mandatory "Health insurance" some of the Communist(My opinion) Progressives are now drooling over... To be sure, the times are upon us where men of principle will have no choice but to stand.
