What's next:
1. Any interactive ad MUST be interacted with by the user. You must view any video available for playing, or must otherwise make use of the features of said ad: shooting the duck, whacking the mole, etc. Failure to interact with an ad will put you in non-compliance with the service agreement. Failure to express a preference between "Seinfeld" or "Sex In The City", failure to find out if your two diametrically opposed high school classmates did marry each other, failure to discover how the "Fluent Interface" in Office 2007 cuts down on busywork, or failure to allow Gil to run hysterically around his non-IBM Blade Server clean room with a tie on his head in a Flash video is a violation of our service agreement.

2. Any initial attempt to view a page legally obligates the viewer to allow adequate time for the page to complete its build, and to read and contemplate each and every ad displayed on the web page. Failure to allot sufficient time to view each and every ad before navigating away from the page is in violation of the service agreement. The viewer must not stop or otherwise navigate away from said page until it is completely built, and sufficient time has been given to ensure each ad has been read.

3.Once the page view is initiated, the viewer must not avert their gaze, leave the room, or otherwise lose focus on the web page. Failure to remain present and conscious for the viewing of the web page is a violation of the service agreement. A viewer with a BAC of 0.08 or above will be considered incapable of fully comprehending the ads available on the web page, and will thus be in violation of the service agreement.

4. Blinking is allowed, as long as the rate of blinks does not exceed 10 blinks/min. Blinks should require the eye lids remaining closed for no longer than 0.5 seconds. Any attempt to close eyelids for longer than 0.5 seconds will be considered a "closing", or "shutting" of the eye, and as it interferes with the full acceptance and comprehension of a web ad, shall be considered a violation of the service agreement.
