Web technology and broadband access have opened up a new communication media. While electronic and print media permit one way communication only, from the economic agent to the consumer. The web opens up the possibility to talk back, and to talk about. Any purchase decision can be made so much more informed, thanks to the availability of information and user experience feedback freely available.

In the end, it is an individual decision who you want to converse with, and about what subject. But if the consumer wants to air an opinion, suggestion or critique he or she can do so, whenever he or she wants.

The possibility to hear from your users, by means other than in surveys and polls, and to interact directly with them, is what enrichens advertising and productservice marketing these days.
