It's intrusive ads I have an issue with, not advertising in general.

"Come on - what advertisng isn't?!"

The advertising on my primary computer, where Adblock is on :P.

"Ad breaks every 15mins on TV"

Except on iTunes . I don't watch much TV anymore anyways, I find computer games much more entertaining - and so far, only a couple games have experimented with in-game advertising, and I haven't bought any of those games. Don't listen to much radio either - I switched to podcasts.

Nope. Don't have any magazine subscriptions.

Besides, it's not advertising in general I'm rallying against - it's INTRUSIVE advertising. Like the ad that takes over the whole web page or floats on top of it. I've seen them on ZDNet on public computers, although I have them blocked on my primary computer.

If it's a regular banner ad or it's a text ad, I usually don't block them. It's the stuff that breaks out of the ad box that I usually block. As long as it stays in the ad box and doesn't annoy me, I generally won't block it.
