As long as any company can list the rights you are giving up in 50 page agreements that you have no real choce but to accept its not going to change.

The newer Linux programs and Ubuntu are doing well. It is still a few years away but by 2015 Windows will be another version of Linux, they wont like it, but they so deserve it.

All a Eula does is cover their butt and lub ours.
