For the free services, they will probably at least use the content to
generate targeted advertising like already happens with GMail. For right now, I don't think that there is any advertising with the documents and spreadsheets, but, they will eventually monetize the free accounts in some way.

But, for a paid corporate account, you will surely be able to turn that off and have complete privacy.
