The problem is the MS EULA. There, you give MS the right to show up at your
doorstep at any time and audit all of your computers. You also find out that even though you paid hundreds of dollars for the software, that any and every defect or bug is YOUR problem, not Microsoft's. Any and all damages are YOUR problem.
