Just a note...
About 5yrs ago, I had a quadruple bypass surgery, a femoral bypass, and a carotid bypass. The hospital's financial aid department forgave the entire debt. If the ambulance outfit and the anesthesiologists had done the same, I would have no health care debt at all. If I lived in Canada, I would probably have died from the heart attack, and if not I would still be dead by now, as it is very doubtful that I would have gotten all the required surgeries.

But, this is not about which countries health care is better, or who pays the higher taxes. It's about who controls your life, and whether you have any freedom or not. I don't believe there is such a thing in the world anymore.
