RE: But according to you this is not a crime, right?
IF it can be proven in a court of law as such, then punish the guilty. Problem is who is right? I am in no way a supporter of Bush or any in his administration. If anything I believe he should have been fired and prosecuted 3 years ago for his attempts to circumvent the Constitution and Bill of Rights with the (un)Patriot Act. BUT without solid verifiable and reliable corroboration of your claims displayed by your links (i.e. a true legal entity in good standing and solid history of honorable performance) I can only suggest that your supporting "facts" are merely speculation at best.

Sorry but I have watched loose change and several other "documentaries" and while I tend to believe that somehow our government was involved, I cannot fully accept what these sites are pushing as the 100% truth. Unfortunately the Freedom of Information Act is being circumvented in the name of "National Security" in providing solid evidence in support or in refutation of the claims made on your links.

The bottom line is my original post was intended to be humorous and to point out the obvious flaws with the ZDNet "gang".

And my final answer is if the facts are in evidence AND they violate any currently active laws on the books, then yes it is illegal. But since none have stepped up to the plate to prosecute these claims it leaves one to speculate on the validity. But like I said... what is the truth and who is telling it? And maybe both are right and yet wrong at the same time... without the solid undeniable facts (and there is way to much conflicting information out there...) we may never know. devil
