Yeah sure userland. They have to get along with the content owners to sell their content. Just like they put the DRM in Vista as proof that Windows is willing to get along.

Yep, you cannot distribute unless you get permission from the owners. Most of the owners also have distribution also. They can hire the talent to distribute it the online way. You must think everyone is stupid but Apple. I will be seeing them cut deals with other makers to pressure Apple to negotiate.
