You may have a lot of fun, but Thor implements policy.

With their money, they can hire a tech company to get their wares to market. That is what they did when they hired Jobs to do it. They will hire someone else, that's all.

Let's suppose they did not have the money. Someone out there will make them famous, then jump ship to someone else to make the money. There are no friends in business, just alliances. We all know you are loyal to Apple but every CEO has their limitations. Even Gates.

Getting back to IP, it was setup that way to protect property rights, which is one of the cornerstones of freedom. It has gone too far with corporations but then so has everything else with those entities.
