IP is king?
Well let's look at this as product to the market formular. Or the old term
"roads"...take industry today they make a lot of "stuff" and they own said stuff but
without a viable system of roads it goes nowhere and no one buys it. Right at this
moment in time Apple has built with iPods and the growing sales of iPhones the
Autobon (spelling) of super highways to get their various products to market. It's
a private road and Apple expects a fee for it's use. Now granted there are others
out there but those roads are so impressive unpaved, uneven, and pot hole
ridden. They maybe fixed with time but Apple keeps widening it's already
impressive highway system and expanding it ie iPhones and new iPods today!

You can own all the IP in the world but if you can't get it to market forget about it.
