Good point on no haggle pricing except... that doesn't apply here. There's no discussion about users being able to haggle/bid their own prices on music. Just that content providers seeking the right to set their own prices, and consumers seeking the right to buy or not buy said item that is on the shelf. (iTunes being the shelf.)
