Market in its infancy
And as all new markets, this one will go through a lot of changes before it is all done. While Apple was the first to hit the water and make a nice splash, every cell phone company in the US is eyeing a piece of the pie for themselves so the competition is going to get brutal. From my point of view, instead of causing problems with suppliers (content owners) Apple should be concentrating on grabbing as much of the market as they can.
