Well, does it keep the people who's e-mails were sold
from suing both the seller and the buyer, not just the TorrentSpy company? As far as moral high ground, the MPAA and the RIAA have never really sat up there, always look lower, much lower, and you'll see why they treated consumers like 'pirates' long before consumers could.
