I totally agree
That's why I pretty much flip off the MPAA and RIAA. They've been hitting us over the head for so long for their rights with frivilious lawsuits, that what does it matter? We have fair rights, but with this bought and paid for congress, it's like we don't have any right. Heck, I wouldn't be surpised if RIAA/MPAA bought a law that says, "YOu have to buy our disks, reguardless if you like 'em, or can afford them."

and what's sad is; the american public would let them do that.

Someone once said, that a good leader wouldn't order his men to do anything he himself wouldn't do. That also should extend this way too. If your not worried about our rights then why should we worry about your rights? Sure, sue us. But what's that do? It just cuts another head off the hydra, but you know where that lead.
