What's the public privacy rules here
is there similar in like in the States, or was this a private event with some expectation of such? What was the libel part? Didn't like the titling? Did it ruin the career? Better yet, did the teacher violate an RIAA rule and perform a song in public without the expressed written permission of the IP holder. Maybe the RIAA can go after the teacher, . . now wouldn't that be rich . . for that teacher to appear before the court again but as defendant. Oh well, someone will raise the money for the teen, but the aftertaste will last a lifetime.
