MTV and RealNetworks: A sound decision?

This forum is not for you then: This is a forum for IT professionals. IT professionals have to ponder company alliances and the ins and outs of the software development business. Investors, interested consumers, have other places to hang out. We in IT are looking after you folks so you do not need to dirty your hands.

But why blame Real Networks? I have real player installed on my machines and have never had a problem. I think it natural to blame Microsoft only because the company was found guilty of antitrust violations and failed to get by Judge KK so is still on probation so to speak. I found it troubling when RealNetworks dropped the charge in EU against Microsoft. I would have preferred a good fight.
