Where is the win?
I know several people that were affected as a result this identity theft. Obviously the court lends little credibility to MySpace and the social networking business model to allow this abuse to be addressed with a slap on the hand.

It doesn't sound like myspace brought down anyone he lives to spam another day in another way.
