The numbers are skewed, in soft dollars, doesn't really always apply, depending on the type of job. Everyone multi-tasks in this day and age. I let the employees at the main office locations read Facebook or do whatever they want, and they all get done what they are supposed to get done. In store locations that I've managed they only go to sites like that when it's dead and they are caught up or when they are on lunch. Too many security firms wasting money on studies that aren't going to fix the problem, because it doesn't exist..
