Links are as easily embedded in an rss feed as anything else, if you're concerned with plagiarism, then only put the first paragraph in the rss feed with a link back to your site to read the rest. You should be stating the intent of your essay in the first paragraph, and I doubt that one mouse click will stop anyone from reading something that they're interested in.
