Oh, Really?
They broadcast into the open airways. The intended action by doing this is for anybody who wants to view their offering, may do so. How I choose view it is NOT their call! The act of broadcasting does not grant them dictatorial powers, period. They may desire to dictate that viewers may only watch their offering while sitting and prohibit viewing from a bed! Or maybe viewing only on Chinese TV's. How I choose to view their offering is My choice alone. If I choose to let my VCR watch it for me, then so be it. When our government empowers them to enact monitoring of my home for compliance, then we're in much deeper Hooboo than questions of deceitful copyright rantings!

Copying their broadcast for redistribution for profit is another issue. These wannabe Mao's need to move their targeted markets to China. Until then, they can stick it where the decibels don't resonate. For me, it's a non issue. I can't stand TV sports. These corporate lawyers are insane! This type of activity is totally unenforceable and serves only to reveal who were dealing with. A bunch of little Nazis with dilutions of relevance.
