Mark was just smarter! No paper trail, no court case. It's as simple as that. How do you prove that Facebook is a direct rip-off of ConnectU. What about GeoCities and MySpace or any of the other social networking sites. They all do pretty much the same thing. There is no patent on any of their services, offerings, whatever. Sure you can copyright the code, but changing the code is easy.
Mark was just a little smarter than the jocks, and they are jealous now. While they row he rake...s in tons of $$$.
