No customer support is what kills them
They have some great services, but their customer service is non-existant, and they keep killing accounts of users for made up "violations" that are reported by account killing trolls who live for nothing but killing off people's Yahoo accounts. I lost an account I had for over 10 years with Yahoo because of one troll. If I lose another one, I may just switch over to using Google's new personalized landing page and forget Yahoo for good.
