Well, I want to see Yahoo survive to keep the pressure on Google. But,
like you said, Yahoo has been WAY too conservative. Yahoo spends years overhauling their home page, when all they needed to do was simplify it to the bone like Google, and make the busy sheeet a click-through to another page for those that like sheeet.

Maybe it all boils down to a cultural thing. It is NOT too late to copy the parts of the Google culture that make sense for where Yahoo is right now. They need lower level employees trying anything and everything that they think is fun.

Yahoo also MUST get into online document creating and sharing. Like starting RIGHT NOW.
