- That would kill there user base
- I would say the vast majority of those that post on youtube are Under 30 and a good number in that 10-18 year old category known as teen agers that don't have credit cards. Not to mention that the allure of youtube is that its free, if they make it require credit card validation users would just switch to the next place that didn't require it. Thus making the investment worthless.
