The bigger problem
Is that these countries are not advocating for young girls and women to get on birth control. Frankly, I got my daughters on birth control at the age of 7, because I knew that they were going to be little horny bears like me and their mother (who I got pregnant for the FIRST TIME at the age of 9!).

We need to realize that children are going to be sexually active, with adults and other children, and protect them from pregnancy by getting them on birth control, preferably the shot or the patch, because most children and I myself could not remember to take a pill everyday.

The old "Wait until you are older!" BS isn't working and never did work, most children were just lucky that they were not fertile between 7 and 12. Now, almost all girls and a majority of boys (coming from my 12 year old cousin getting pregnant by her 8 year old brother!) are!

Once children find out that sex is enjoyable in the extreme, they are not going to stop doing it, not even if their parents threaten to CASTRATE or CLITORIDECTOMIZE them!
