It is also where the west is heading??

When you refer to the west, do you mean the west roughly defined by 'first world' (whatever that might mean historically)? Or do you refer to the west of the US? If you mean the rest of the non-black, non-asian world, I'd like to know where you get your facts from. Have you been here? Have you even travelled?

Is English your first language? When you say A Typical, do you mean atypical (not conforming to typical)? Because if you do, it contextually makes no sense whatsoever. And if it's not meant to be atypical, it also makes no sense whatsoever. If you mean 'typical' then you're just an out-of-the-closet, red-necked racist.
I won't even begin to comment on the rest of your spelling and grammar because apart from those problems, it's a mish mash of ideas and arguments.

And when you talk about Mexicans and overpopulation (you don't necessarily clarify the link when you say "we are going to out populate the US", do you mean the US as a whole or just Mexicans?
At this time, Mexicans constitute <7% of total population of the US and would have to do a LOT of MULTI grandchildren (caps?) to significantly outpopulate whatever component of the current population you might be thinking of. With a name like K.Smith (or was it Schmidt?), I imagine you mean the WASPish component of which you belong? I believe when you refer to your Mexican friends, you actually mean Mexicans you know, because I can assure you, if they read your thoughts, they would realise you have no real respect or kinship with them below your thin veneer of politeness or patronising acceptance.
Just one last point; you do realise the Mexican population you refer to is measured north of where some might argue the border shouldn't be?
