- Loss of profits are definitely over rated

I totally agree with the statement that what the RIAA, MPAA and others view as lost revenue isn't actual revenue that they would have lost otherwise.
I download movies and watch them, but I would never go out and see these movies in theaters. I watch maybe four or five movies a year in the theater, that is all I can afford to see and all I have time for. Yet if I want to see a movie that is current run I can download it and watch it.
Just because I downloaded a movie from the internet does not mean in any way shape or form that I EVER had the intention of seeing it in a movie theater.
