Sim card and privacy
Wow...so after buying this thing I have to reenter every single one of my contacts and when version 2 comes out, I have to do it again.

Another cause of concern is privacy...it's one thing to send in an IPod to get the battery change...it's just music, publicly available but to send in an IPhone to get the battery replaced with all those private contact information. No thanks!
