And Google probably would complain about Linux vendors
if any such vendor was found to be a monopoly and convicted of abusing their monopoly status by a federal court, and then had to run their business subject to the constraints of a consent decree.

Since no Linux vendor is even remotely likely to ever be in such a situation, there is no chance that Google will be complaining about them.
