maybe Firefox users will stick with Firefox because they actually found it better than IE. Most people use IE because it comes bundled with Windows(at least, that was true for me), but once they get to know about alternatives, if they're willing to try out new browsers, they take a dekko and maybe switch. I personally chose Firefox over IE and other browsers and I find it far better than the rest(only Opera comes close). I use IE only for certain sites(which work ONLY with IE), everything else I find Firefox and Opera more secure(especially with NoScript for Firefox).

So unless Safari has that much more to offer, I don't see any reason why ANYBODY would want to switch to it(except perhaps Apple and Mac loyalists). And from the looks of things(app crashes, vulnerabilities), even if Firefox users switch to another browser I doubt they'll choose Safari.
