Good luck bringing it to court. I'd like to see them unplug the server and haul it into the judge. The dunce. And we wonder how we end up with these technologically inept laws and judgments. We have individuals sitting on the bench who have no basic understanding of how a computer or a network operate. In this day and age, that is almost inexcusable, and brings into question whether or not they are even fit to preside over such cases.
