It is called a judgement.
He probably has a judgement against him. This means anything he has worth value
can be seized, and and income he can be garnished. But, the easy way out might be
for him to flee to a Country without extradition covering these type of crimes, and the
creditors have many ways of solving this: Who ever guarenteed the loans, and
insurances.
