Privacy violation?
While I am concern with my privacy (i.e. my web history that Google keeps record of), I do think that a photo on the street is not that big of a deal. Imagine that it wasn't Google, but someone random took pictures on the streets and posted them on their own site, would we still cry violation of privacy? There is always a chance someone observes or records your action once you step out of your house, there is no stopping that.
