I am sorry to make two posts here but I thought of something after reading a few more posts. There is a big difference between someone either taking a photograph of you or a video of you and using that video/photograph in a public forum such as a public movie, TV show, newspaper or magazine. Or in Google for that matter. I'm really confused on the issue because Paparazzi can get away with it.

For example, I don't mind someone taking a video of me in my car at an intersection if they are just taking holiday photos or even if this is a speed or red-light trap. In those cases, someone whould just look at it, shake their head and move on in life. Now, if those pictures wound up on the front page of a newspaper or magazine, or if they showed up in a TV show or movie or in Google Maps, I might be upset since I wasn't asked.
