So everyone should be able to spam?
You seem to be implying that because big corps can spam, nonprofit orgs should be allowed to spam as well. I have a hard time buying the argument that spam is free speech. By definition, spam is unwanted email. I'm not sure that paying for guaranteed delivery is the way to rid ourselves of spam, but the argument that everyone should be allowed to spam equally seems perverse to me.
