I've been using POPFile
Interesting - we both use third party spam filtering.

I've been using POPFile - which can sort email into several folders instead of just two. In addition, the author has done a lot of research on what works and what doesn't, and the result is that POPFile is one of the most accurate Bayes filters I've seen so far.

POPFile is open source just like SpamBayes, and is also available through SourceForge.

I've been using Pegasus Mail for email, and a lot of people like Thunderbird.

Apparently, Evolution (an email/PIM client for Linux) has been recently ported to Windows:
