Tell them to resend the email in 10 minutes or an hour if you want( its a setting ). If they do, then accept the email, if they dont, black list them, its most likely spam.

Blacklist dynamic IP ranges.. where most spam comes from.

depending on a third party for an OK status should be used as a measurement, not as a yes/no.
