I have serious doubts about this.
It sounds like a good idea... on paper anyways... but given recent history with spam and other sh[patch] going on out there lately, I don't believe this will work for long. It's only a speed bump for spammers and opens other problems as well. The main question I will have is "How will Goodmail know what is and isn't spam unless they actually see our emails?" Other problems:

BEST CASE SCENARIO: Hacker-spammers will find ways to bypass and/or spoof their way past Goodmail (watch for spammers to register as "non-profit groups" to bypass all filters). Another possibility is that Goodmail itself will be attacked, either taken down by a DDoS or breached for our personal data.

WORSE CASE SCENARIO: Big pig-f[patch]ing Brother will "insist" on tapping into those e-mails "in the name of national security." You just KNOW BpfB will want those taps, even if the ISPs are already cooperating with them. Can't afford to let even one electron slip by them, least it threatens their "authority." silly

One more thing to consider: Goodmail--which takes up to 50 percent of the revenue generated by the plan--
That's potentially a lot to loose if this plan fails, or encounters competition. But if Goodmail takes half of the revenue generated, who takes the other half?
