Have you tried a whitelist?
First of all, I usually maintain a white list of people who I know, so they can't fall through the cracks of my anti-spam measures.

Second of all, I'd never recommend Outlook to anybody - and the false positives you are getting is just another item to add to my list of reasons not to use it. Grab a better email package with better spam protection. Outlook is IMHO the single worst email client on the planet.
